Checks should be made payable to "Landers Photographic Arts". Please follow the directions on the order confirmation page for mailing your payment. Orders are not shipped until checks clear the bank. A $25.00 fee will be charged for return checks. Payment must be in US Dollars.

We now accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards through PayPal. This allows us to accept more card types and increases the security of your card information.

We do not "store" credit card numbers on our servers or in our computers. Your credit card transaction is processed on PayPal's secure servers.

Damaged Shipments & Missing Items
If you received a damaged shipment please notify the carrier immediately. Follow their instructions for making a damage claim. If we can be of assistance please contact us.

Orders received prior to 5pm EST are processed the next day. In stock orders are shipped the following business day. Custom orders will ship when the order is ready. Information submitted to, or Landers Photographic Arts is not shared with any third party other than those required to process your order. (E.g. UPS, USPS, or our merchant account processor).

Returning Or Exchanging An Item
Please contact Jeremy Landers if you need to return an item. Include the order number, description, and item number of the item(s) you wish to return / exchange, the reason you wish to return / exchange the item(s), your contact information and best time to reach you, whether you would like a refund or exchange.

We have a 30 day return / exchange policy. We will be happy to exchange items or provide refunds if you are not happy with your product. All items must have prior approval and be returned in the condition in which they were shipped to you. Items must be properly packaged. We must receive the item(s) in question within 30 days from the date of shipment to you.

Refunds will only be provided in the same form payment was originally received. We do not provide cash refunds.

Event tickets Are Non Refundable!

We do not provide refunds / exchanges after 30 days!

Sales Tax
The Georgia Department of Revenue requires us to collect sales tax on all orders being shipped to or received in the state of Georgia unless we have a valid sales tax exemption form on file for your business. Sales tax is collected according to the county your order is shipped to.

They also require us to collect sales tax on shipping and handling.

Shipping & Handling Information
We use UPS and USPS as our shippers. We do not ship by any other carrier. For wholesale orders being delivered in Hall County, Georgia special arrangements can be made. Please contact Jeremy Landers for more information.

Partially Shipping Orders
Orders are shipped as complete orders unless you notify us otherwise. If you elect to have an order "Partially Shipped," you will be billed additional shipping & handling charges.

E.g. your order includes 2 items "in stock" and one "custom order". Your order would not be shipped until your "custom order" is ready to ship. If you select a partial shipment, then we would ship all items "in stock" and bill your credit card for these items along with shipping & handling charges. The "custom order" would ship and be billed with additional shipping and handling charges at a later date.

If you need to have an order partially shipped please select the "Ship Partial Order" radio button on the checkout page.
